Excellent Corrosion Resistance

  • Aluminium has excellent corrosion resistance properties so the panels require little maintenance once installed.

Powder Coated

  • The Panels can be supplied in a Powder Coated finish to enhance the decorative look and be adapted to your personal visualisation of your garden. Powder coated to provide full decorative effect whilst increasing the corrosion resistance of the product. Powder coating offers an easy solution and is carried out with just a damp cloth.

Custom Made

  • The Product is made to your required dimensions e.g. width & height and is easily installed between posts (posts not included).

Mesh is slit and formed which creates a 3 dimensional surface reflecting light in various arrays.

Mesh is framed with Aluminium channel which hides cut edges and weld. Screw fixing points are also inside the channel ensuring no fixings are visible

Channel frame is mitred, welded and linished. Drainage holes are machined in the bottom channel to make sure rain water is expelled.

Delivery and Costs

As this is a bespoke product for you the cost and delivery time for your project is supplied on the request as there are certain factors which affect this:

  • Quantity of panels required.
  • Finish required.
  • We aim to complete within 3 weeks of receipt of order.
  • For costs please email us with the specifications and we shall provide a quote.

Additional notes

Please also note the following.

  • The Panels are made to exact sizes provided, if there are multiple panels ensure you have measured all dimensions as we will make panels to +/- 2.0mm, if your dimension is for example 6mm different this would be filled in on another panel data form.
  • These products are Decorative Garden Panels and are not designed as Balustrades and therefore do not comply to any balustrade/handrail regulations.
  • If you require a Balustrade to withstand regulation impact loads then please contact us as we can design these to meet your application requirements.
  • Please note that Post’s are not supplied as part of this system.
